How fast is approval?
For most applications submitted during business hours, you'll hear back within two business hours. International applications take a little longer because we coordinate with our forwarding partner on rates.
Do I need a resale certificate to apply?
No — but you'll need one for tax‑exempt status. You can submit without and we'll still get you set up at wholesale pricing; tax exemption is added once we have the certificate on file.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. After you apply, drop us a line at info@pillowweights.com with your project and we'll be in touch about a sample. Reach out anytime — even before you're approved.
What about international orders?
We ship internationally through a forwarding partner. Pricing varies by order — email info@pillowweights.com with your project and destination and we'll quote it for you.
Do you offer net terms?
Net‑30 is available for qualifying firms — typically established commercial accounts, hospitality, and multifamily groups. Mention it on your application or in your welcome reply and we'll set it up.
Where do my orders ship from?
Domestic orders ship from our United States fulfillment partner, typically within 1–2 business days of approval on standard orders.
